1. Face to face meeting will occur once a mutual match has been met
2. We provide an online personals service to facilitate adults in introducing themselves to other adults.
3. You will be meeting a member of our team to facilitate the introduction process.
4. Membership at this website, as well as any usage of our tools and or services, is restricted to individuals who  are at least 18 years of age and who are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
5. SD Matrimony will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid, if any. You may cancel your subscription to the services at SD Matrimony at any time during your subscription
   period however, no refunds are provided.
6. Personal information of adults will be shared once there is a mutual match
7. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor and/or mediate disputes between you and other members.
8.  You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to SD matrimony. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise guaranteed in writing.
9. You represent, warrant and member of SD Matrimony, you unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read and understood the above provisions and agree to abide by them.
10. SD Matrimony will not be responsible for the future misunderstanding or any legal complications if arise any.
